Questions, answered
Is my data private and secure?
Yes. Each provider’s data is isolated at the database level (row-level security), and everything is hosted in Australia (Sydney region).
How do you keep Centrelink rates up to date?
Rates come from DSS and Services Australia, stored with their effective dates, and updated each indexation (around 20 March and 20 September).
Can I move off my spreadsheet?
Yes. SILWise gives you one central place to build and manage your rent and board charges with your NDIS participants — instead of spreadsheets that get stale and hard to track.
